Your mission

Reporting to our Head of Paid, in this pivotal role you'll join our existing team of search experts, orchestrating strategy and innovation across all paid search initiatives. Your mission will be to collaborate closely with our partners, devising and implementing bespoke strategies that surpass their objectives. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our Paid Search services, ensuring our competitive edge in a bustling marketplace.

Your core responsibilities

• Craft and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to boost ROI for our clients via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Keep on top of the day to day prioritisation of tasks within the team, ensuring deliverables are on time and of a high quality.
• Support, Guide, mentor, and grow our Paid Search team, promoting an ethos of continuous learning and innovation.
• Analyse performance data to make strategic adjustments, optimising campaigns for peak performance.
• Foster robust relationships with clients, offering regular insights and strategic counsel to propel their business growth.
• Remain at the forefront of SEM trends and advancements, adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to maintain our agency's leadership in Paid Search.

What we need from you

• Demonstrable expertise in a senior Paid Search capacity, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) principles and evolving trends.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a knack for leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in nurturing and scaling a team.
• Superior communication talents, adept at forging and sustaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics ideally.
• A proactive approach to keeping abreast of industry innovations, with a willingness to implement these for the advantage of our clients and agency.
