The Role

We are actively seeking a motivated Senior Performance Marketing Executive to become a key member of our dynamic and innovative Performance team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of accounts, providing variety and continuous learning. You will be responsible for supporting the team with developing and executing digital marketing strategies to meet a range of business objectives for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a digital marketing role, working on paid search platforms including Google Ads. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Manager and other team members, to set up and manage paid media campaigns across a multitude of different platforms.

Key Experience

  • 2+ years' experience working in a similar role
  • A track record of using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience analysing data to spot trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to targeting and budget management
  • Hands on experience with A/B testing
  • Experience using Google or Office Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides & Drive)
  • Is organised, proactive and can prioritise effectively

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Additional Paid Social experience including LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Experience presenting data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Google Ads certified
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and shopping feeds
  • Email marketing experience

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Account Manager to support day to day campaign management
  • Develop relationships with clients and external stakeholders
  • Manage budget allocation and bid strategies on key client accounts
  • Build, launch, manage, test and refine campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities to become more aligned with business goals
  • Support team on strategy recommendations to uplift client accounts
  • Stay up to date with ever-changing industry insights, trends and best practices
  • Work closely with our internal teams including web development and creative to align on client deliverables
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting for our accounts
