Fixmart have a diverse range of technical products, many of which are very similar and can overlap and be confusing. Also a huge portion of their revenue is generated through offline orders, which they were keen to drive online to self-serve.

Building an agile offering

We worked with Fixmart on a redesign to provide a more agile offering capable of handling a multitude of products and complex lead times, whilst creating a more mobile-friendly experience. We ensured the product information was clearly laid out and easily digestible. It now provides a more complete online experience so they’re able to push offline orders through the site.

Seamlessly integrating with OrderWise

We developed the OrderWise integration so that Fixmart's CMS was regularly fed with granular data relating to customers, delivery types, products, and variations. They're now able to order on account, access past orders and invoices, access frequent items, and save baskets as quotes. We developed a wizard tool to help guide customers to the correct end product based on the specifications of their build.

Offering customer-specific prices and flexible delivery

We also alleviated some of the pressure on the team by servicing their existing customers through the website. In the future, we’ll be providing more self-service offerings, such as tracking integration for proof of delivery so that customers have better visibility whilst out and about on site.
