Goff Petroleum struggled to track customer interactions via their website. Customers would get a quote online in the evening but call up the following day and speak to a member of the Goff team and be given a completely different price.

Settling invoices online
In addition to this, existing customers are now able to settle their outstanding invoices online. The website is now directly linked to their back-office system, so as soon as a payment has been made, the customers’ account is updated.
